We provide advice and services regarding the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial monetary agreements, and surrogacy agreements. We provide estate planning, including the preparation of wills, gifts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and foundations.

Jacob F. Houdijk
Jacob grew up in The Netherlands, holds a Masters in Law from the “Vrije” University, Amsterdam (LL.M., 2002), and is qualified to practice law in the Netherlands. Following his army service in Israel, he was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2006 and was certified as a notary in 2018.
Talia is a member of the Israel Bar Association since 2005. Talia is an expert in the field of comparative constitutional law and international human rights and in the field of inheritance and family law.
